How the South Phoenix Oral History Project Started, and Why It Matters
In 2017, a group of students decided to research the history of their own community. This group of twelve researchers was made up of university-bound scholars, a future teacher, two retirees, an honored serviceman, and two high school students.
When they found no published account on the history of their community, they launched the South Phoenix Oral History Project.
