We are proud of our SPOH student: Kendall Schwartz, who was named SMCC Valedictorian and spoke at the 2019 graduation. In her eloquent address, Kendall described her great respect for SMCC and the athletic and academic opportunities she had while on our campus. Among many topics, Kendall highlighted learning about the history of South Phoenix, and the fight to get SMCC during her time with the South Phoenix Oral History Project. She singled out her interview with Dr. Alfredo de los Santos, which she conducted in Fall 2018.
