In April of 2020, Dr. Pete Facciola began trying out new ways to teach communication classes online. He was nervous and excited to develop an online Public Speaking class. How would he assign public speaking assessments and grade students’ abilities, if they could not meet in class?
Below is a video lecture some of his students designed for the class. Using recent research (April 2020), they sought to use COVID19 information to develop a meaningful presentation.
