This Too Shall Pass

Learning in the COVID-19 era has been very challenging. Working full time and attending college is sometimes complicated already, however doing it during a crisis is a bit stressful. It can and will be done though. It was very unexpected and it is a very serious case.Of course at first I didn’t think anything of it. Businesses started closing, events cancelled, my vacation postponed, and restaurants soon became only available for drive thru. People are dying, states are on lock down and it is affecting everyone globally. Near a million deaths already, and not enough hospital beds or meds to treat patients. This virus is affecting everyone’s living ability, young and old. I’ve always been a clean person but just the thought of knowing that someone breathing on you that may be affected, you can become affected and it can be deadly is sad. The world as we know it may never be the same in this pandemic. In Arizona alone there are 665 cases, 13 deaths, in 13 counties. (facts from channel 12 news)
But this too shall pass. I was lucky to be able to work from home which gives me time to get a lot of work done. Both for school and my work from my employer. It is also beneficial to me because I’m not losing any income. I get many people lost their jobs, and some jobs are temporarily closed depending on the field. Even on site college campuses are temporarily closed til further notice, so I was glad that I am already set up for online classes.
Hopefully schools are giving the opportunity for others to finish classes online. The good part about this is everyone is aware of what needs to be done to prevent the coronavirus, however no known cure is available. If everyone just keeps their distance for now at 6ft and gatherings at 10 people or less, and stay at home unless necessary, then we will be able to prevent coronavirus from spreading. Also if you are sick with any kind of symptoms stay home. The coronavirus has become more serious than anyone thought. It took months before the world was given information about the virus and there had already been deaths in other countries. We are told it comes from China but who knows. We only have the information given to us from the news. The cure will save some people but faith and believing in God will save all people. I rebuke the coronavirus in The Name of Jesus. My family and I are covered and we will be alright. We just have to stay prayerful. Stay in the house and out of crowded events and places. We must stay clean, with our face, hands, and body and only intake things that are healthy for the mind, body, and soul. We can take this time and study college work or class work of any kind, study the virus, and just remember with God all things are possible.
This too shall pass.
